- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call
- ACLS and BLS needed
- 3200 OR cases per year, mix of inpatient (26%) and outpatient (74%)
- General surgery, endoscopy, urology, ortho, ENT, OB/GYN, regional skills required
- DEA needed
